Whats The Difference Between YG and ALA?

TheMyth

RADIATE LOVER
They are both yellow, both are glucose disposal agents it seems, and all the claims are the same as when ALA/R-ALA came out as far as fat loss and such. Seems that they are basically the same sort of thing. USP if you could chime in and explain the differences, scientifically rather than just pointing out the product effects listed. Thanks guys.

Yes i sort have been wondering this as well.. Ala makes your body more insulin sensitive correct? Fat cells as well as muscles cells are overall more insulin sensitive though, Why does AP starve fat cells and force feed muscle?

ALA/R-ALA was pruported to increase insulin sensitivity there by causing an increase in glucose uptake in muscle cells. However it did not differentiate in this process between adipose cells. AP not only increases glut4 but inhibits adipose glucose uptake and causes lypolysis. Those same claims were not made with ALA if I am not mistaken.

SO then I guess the question is by what mechanism does it inhibit adipose glucose uptake? How is it selective between muscle cells and adipose cells? I understand if this information is not available to the public. It's just exciting stuff!

someone please tell me what the hell is yellow gold???I know it's a powder, but what does it do?

Uh I know it's not the answer that was asked for but I have to comment and say I've tried both and ala or even r-ala doesnt' have jack $hit on YG.

Ive tried different forms of ALA and don't notice anything :( I got a bunch wasting here.

I take the na-rala and regardless of what i feel,i know it has mega good antioxidant properties.I'm running that with igf-lr3 to keep blood sugar low.....makes ya tired as **** though.

I always noticed some positive pump feeling from K-R-ALA but also I would also notice the fat around my mid section filling out also and then I would end up not taking it. I thought it was only me but it is interesting to see now that the insulin sensitising effects were not specific for muscle cells as was often time intimated.

Agreed, could you scientifically point out the pathways involved for how it selects between muscle and adipose cells?

Yes, in our article with the release of AP...
