What's the best supp.for elbow + joint pain

I did some searches on this and it looks like glucosamine, chondroitin is pretty good.Im doing a M-1-T cycle and joint pain has increased..


what has worked good for you guy's...Thank you...
 
also do a search for emu oil in here. i think i remember reading something about it in an old thread.
it may help you out!
 
thanks guy's for the info, I did get some glucosamine with MSM complex.I let ya know how it works...
 
I find that MSM buy it's self workes much better than glucosamine, I usually dose it between 2g and 5g a day.
 
I use 1,200 mg of glucosamine 1,500mg of chondrotin and 2g of MSM every day. It's done wonders to improve my joints and prevent any damage.

Ax joint restore and Antaeus Achilles both worked wonders for me. Can't go wrong with sns cissus either like others said.
 
What I've found worked best was having a grease zerk installed. Few pumps i'm good for a while. They call me tinman but the results are unreal.
