Ideally liquid something I can take fast preworkout.
I heard liquid ones may not be stable. Or does this only apply to CEE?Monohydrate is the tried, true, cheapest, and most studied form.
From what I know, liquid creatine is not stable.I heard liquid ones may not be stable. Or does this only apply to CEE?
My life savings to a company who makes liquids for all sports sups that's stable and tastes great. From what I know, liquid creatine is not stable.
Right now I'm using primaforce creatine monohydrate from discount retailer. Real cheap and effective. My life savings to a company who makes liquids for all sports sups that's stable and tastes great.
Would you recommend any powders?
I definitely want something as close to instanized as possible. If it dissolves better that's a plus as long as it's as stable.I use kre-alkalyn. It’s not any better and has been proven to not be stronger vs monohydrate. It’s just easier on my stomach and dissolves better.
I've never used any creatine that would do that. I have heard of creatine serum, but that seems like an expensive gimmick. I believe every form of creatine is going to have some mild grain or residue in water. It is an amino acid after all.I definitely want something as close to instanized as possible. No one's made a nano creatine yet? I feel like 2019 we should have a nano form out by now. If it's micronized and water soluble I'm sure I'll manage.I've never used any creatine that would do that. Plenty of cheap micronized creatine mono out there. I just add to my pre workout, and if I forget to do that, I scoop in a glass, add a little water, mix quick, and gulp it down quick. No one's made a nano creatine yet? Ordered. I should have never stopped taking this I've seen nothing but benefits from all the studies.Plenty of cheap micronized creatine mono out there. I just add to my pre workout, and if I forget to do that, I scoop in a glass, add a little water, mix quick, and gulp it down quick.
I've heard some salt may be better than hcl. Haven't looked into it.You’ve mentioned stability a few times here. What do you mean by that? Anyway, monohydrate is definitely the preferred form. If solubility is a concern, HCl and nitrate should have improved solubility. No reason to believe any form would absorb better than others though.
Better how? Dozens of new forms claim to have superior absorption. But monohydrate absorbs over 90% for most people. So is improved absorption even consequential?I've heard some salt may be better than hcl. Haven't looked into it.
How much Creatine HCL do you use?Good ole SNS Creatine HCL! Or for cheap quality monohydrate SNS Creatine Mono will do the trick!
Here's one form that is supposed to be the most potent of all.Better how? Dozens of new forms claim to have superior absorption. But monohydrate absorbs over 90% for most people. So is improved absorption even consequential?
This.Save money buy mono.
Yep. Can't go wrong with creatine mono. Cheap and effective.Save money buy mono.
Don’t reinvent the wheel, do this^^^ 5g a dayMonohydrate is the tried, true, cheapest, and most studied form.
It’s just bypasses creatine transporters. Unnecessary for almost everyone. Here's one form that is supposed to be the most potent of all.
That's not all it does. It’s just bypasses creatine transporters. Unnecessary for almost everyone.
That would be cool if creatine wasn’t already stupidly cheap. That's not all it does.
It does so at doses lower than any form of creatine. You would need mg's not grams.
Edit: double post. That's not all it does.

You’d still need grams of it if you were doing anything high power and explosive. If you’re running 1 100m race then maybe not but if you run 4 or 5 or you’re doing more than 1 rep on squats etc, then you need grams of it because you need the PCr in the muscles and blood for fast uptake and the ability to hold on to that Phosphate ion for you to convert to energy. That's not all it does.

Which myhmb product or supplement do you use? Do you rate it?Creatine nitrate with myhmb. Great strength with minimal soreness.
You're way overthinking this and you can't just put nano in front of something to try and make it sound high tech. Buy creatine monohydrate. It's cheap, mixes easy, and has been repeatedly shown to work. Spend time and money on other things. No one's made a nano creatine yet? I feel like 2019 we should have a nano form out by now. I remember a creatine serum around maybe like 20 years ago. It was red and possibly raspberry flavored. You're correct it's just a gimmick.I've never used any creatine that would do that. I have heard of creatine serum, but that seems like an expensive gimmick. I believe every form of creatine is going to have some mild grain or residue in water. It is an amino acid after all.
is on pubmed - abstract only. would like to see funding. all italy based, maybe they add d-aspartic acid to make it super creatine! i kid, i kid. Here's one form that is supposed to be the most potent of all.
sure you can! lol! just use "*" or that "cross" symbol! You're way overthinking this and you can't just put nano in front of something to try and make it sound high tech.
Cellucor M5 Ultimate. 5on2off. 4.5 rate.Which myhmb product or supplement do you use? Do you rate it?

Well the good news is now you've told us the context of your text and we know you were joking. The bad news is this "joke" isn't the most science illiterate thing you've posted.Someone can't tell when I'm obviously joking.
Cite your proof. Personally I think you're a complete idiot. Everything I've posted in regards to studies if factually backed. Unlike you I actually have my M.D. What do you have a GED? lol.Well the good news is now you've told us the context of your text and we know you were joking. Well that was unnecessary. Aleksandar is very intelligent, anyway. And having an M.D. probably doesn’t give as much credibility as it should. There are some stupid doctors out there.Cite your proof. I have a BS in Molecular Biology, a PhD in neuroscience, and I'm a medical director for a company that consults for pharma companies. My degrees are actually real as opposed to your imaginary troll degrees. Unless you're lying to everyone here, post your credentials. Where did you study? What field are you in? Mix monohydrate into warm liquid = liquid creatine. Anything else is unproven BS, and or, proven to be sub par to CM, regardless of the marketing nonsense. More info, see my Creatine GraveyardIdeally liquid something I can take fast preworkout.

He went on to start a bunch of threads in the supplements section that clearly showed he had no grasp of basic science, so I feel pretty safe saying his alleged MD is complete crap lolWell this is getting interesting...
