Whats the best energy drink?

Monters Fo LIFE!!!! Haha, actually im taking reset AD right now because nothing works anymore. I like Monster and NOS's taste, i do know that Rockstar has some Milk Thistle in it, so it not SO bad for ya. Endorush tastes to much like chemicals, even though i could feel it, i had to drink half the bottle. Hopefully the reset AD works.

haha how does milke thistle make up for the amount of sugar and high fructose corn syrup...?
its usually about .1mg too, i think.

It doesnt make up for it, but its better than nothing. Constant energy drink drinkin' is as bad as bing an alchoholic. So Milk Thistle cant hurt.

yeah i saw that the other day when i was at vitaminshoppe
i was going through the energy drink section and saw redline, redline xtreme, speed stack, and then endorush which i read and said 4 servings. God knows how much caffiene is in that entire bottle.

oops, it helps to read the fine print then I guess. I've had several full bottles of that in a pinch when I"m thirsty before the gym (there was a vitamin shoppe outside my last gym).

never felt any bad effects from it though. It prolly has less than a gram of caffeine in it.

2 Blue cans of Monster + 1 cap of reset AD get me going when I need it.

I like the fruit juiced types if i;m not lo carbing. Punch rockstar, Orange Monster etc

The NOS has a **** ton of caffeine and tastes like mellow yellow.

Best tasting ones are the ABB ones IMO - Extreme Speed Stack followed by Adrenalyn.
