What should I take apart from my regular diet to get more of ArA?

Thanks guys.. as a natural anabolic, do you think MassMax XT with ArA would be money well spent for some strength and gains?
SNS X-Gels Softgels 250 mg
Great thread http://anabolicminds.com/forum/supplements/246394-arachidonic-acid-help.html
Does arachidonic acid really work? I know it's very popular and often highlighted in muscle magazines. The research I was able to find on Examine suggests some benefits in strength muscle gains, but there are limited human studies to confirm the noted study. Also how are omega-6s different then omega-3s and is arachidonic acid needed if taking a well balanced fish oil supplement?
I would love to learn more about this product, but currently on the fence to add to my current supplementation. Please educate me!!!
I am sure the gains or strength is not going to be much. When Omega-3 breaks down to EPA and DHA, Omega-6 breaks down to Arachidonic Acid (two step break down). Omega-3 promotes Anti-inflammation and Omega-6 promotes inflammation of muscles. So yeah, they are very much different. What is a well balanced Fish oil. With Omega-3-6-9? Highly doubt you will get the benifits of all.. This is what I know. So, no harm in taking moderate dosage of ArA supplement for a short period. Cuz longer usage leads to health issues.
Only X-gels AFAIK. The question is, if Arachidonic Acid is so great, why aren't other supplement companies already in the game?
I think Olympus Labs has TR1UMPH. Never used it but Arachidonic Acid is an ingredient in the product. Anyone have any experience using?
My guess is it is most likely very expensive to produce. Not only because of the raw material, but the gel caps. Not every company has the budget to get into the ArA game. I'm sure SNS' price point is probably hard to beat, making little room to be competetive. Much more economical to just bring another pre out, and a much larger market as well.I've really been wondering the same thing...
ArA is not an ingredient in Triumph..
I was confused...
Mixed up Phosphatidic acid (PA) with Arachidonic Acid (ArA) not the same thing my bad.

Harder to work a fatty acid into other supplements,
I think it will be best solo in gel caps as it is already offered.
It's also a very BB specific ingredient for its market, and outside of us most of the market will look at it and see an "unhealthy, inflammatory fat"
+ uninformed googling always drags up cancer studies.
I think it's just less marketable or more troublesome than other options for those larger companies looking at making money
This is interesting stuff...
If the studies are accurate I'm still not why this is a less popular/used supplement. Its effective and relatively inexpressive. My only guess is the long term health effects make it harder to market, not sure. Willing to give it a shot. Thanks again for the info.
Are you saying co aren't putting it due to long term health risks ?
Don't think that would be the case, it's all about $$ if co's cared there wouldn't be any hormones available to us lol
Sorry if I misunderstood

It is very popular. ArA supps have been around for 10+ years (probably more like 15) and is still popular to this day. how many other muscle building supplements can claim that besides creatine? There is a reason why it's been so popular for so long--because it works. Other stuff gets hyped with free logs and might be popular for a year or two, but eventually the hype dies out and all that is left is a ****ty supp.
Also, up until very recently Molecular Nutrition was the only supplement company with a license to use ArA (I think it was a license?). So up until X gels came out, it was expensive as hell ($100 for a cycle). Molecular Nutrition could charge anything since they were the only one who could make it. Now with X gels out you can get a cycle for around $60.
Yes it works.

Awesome thanks. Sounds promising I think I will give the X-gels a try unless there are other products people recommend.
