The title is pretty self explained, but yeah i'm just curious what are some good ideas.

-thanks

Eggs, fish, chicken, peanut butter in moderate quantities, cottage cheese, lean ground beef... nothing too surprising.

Sense whole Wheat pasta has a super low GI level, would it be okay to eat that as a complex carb as well?
-thanks

Anything you enjoy eating, my friend.

sure. the no carbs after 6pm is just a fairy tale. Just try to leave at least 90 minutes or so from when you are done eating till you go to sleep.

No kidding? Does this include high GI carbs as well or just the lows?

pretty much either one so long as its from non/minimally processed sources. Its more about the amount you take in over a span of time, what your total calories are like, what your other macros are like. Having 3 bananas late in the evening isn't going to add a pile of fat to you.
