I know this is old, but jeff golini is off his rocker - from examine:

Buffered Creatine (Kre-Alkalyn) and Creatine Hydrochloride (Con-Cret) both are negated by stomach acid, and turn into the basic creatine molecule. They are not worse, but not better either (assuming the dose is the same).

you have other "gurus" out there, saying xxxmg of krealkylin capsules is equal to 5g mono.... ok (carl lenore, talking at you).
 
Really any brand of creatine monohydrate at 5g daily works for me.
 
As if anyone can feel the difference between different creatine brands... The only difference you'll feel is in your wallet.
 
micronized creatine monohydrate

micronized absorbs better than regular, stomach handles it much better, even if you take in twenty grams a day.

I take kre alkaline peak o2 actigin pqq coq10 and idebonone and like that combo.

Typically yes! I would try SNS Creatine HCL or the Kaged Creaclear has proteins encapsulating the creatine to improve digestion. Works quite well
