Hey guys,
Been doing powerlifting seriously for around 6 weeks now. Ive always loved liftin heavy as possible so I thought id take it up as well as bodybuilding.. Its difficult because I want to carry on my journey on getting as big as possible while still being lean (not shredded). I guess a Pete Rubish/ Dan Green physique only because they have brutal strength but don't look 'fat' (didn't want to use that word).
Anyway I was mainly wondering what sort of weight I should be aiming for at my current bodyweight of 185-190lb's.
Current Lifts-
Bench- 315lb (max)
Squat- Last PR was 405, but ive easily got a 440 in me.
Deadlift- 510lb (max)
Would I be classed as a real beginner at those weights? Or is its decent/pretty decent/ average etc.
Any help much appreciated guys.
What Id like to go for by this sort of time next year:
Or What should I be gunning for? Maybe that's a better question.
Bench- 405
Squat- 500
Deadlift- 600
