whats best way to cycle nolva

what is the best way to cycle off nolva 40/40/20/20 or 40/30/20/10 if anyone has an opinion on this matter please let me know
 
it seems the 20/20/20/20 is getting pretty popular

i don't think there is a "best" way though...

Not sure what's in spawn or at what dose, but generally speaking most of the OTC anabolics can be finished up by simply taking 20mg of your nolva/tamox a day for 30 days. Some people might say you could get away with less and but I'm willing to bet few would recommend more unless you were stacking multiple compounds, which is typically a bad idea anyway.
 
well i guess you could say im stacking compounds bcuz spawn is epistane/ tren xtreme even though it comes all in one pill its prestacked but any ways you guys think i can get away with just running 20mg a day for 30days does that sound alrite with everyone if anybody disagrees please let me know
