My range of motion is naturally terrible.
All the normal things with sitting too much: very tight hamstrings, very tight hip flexors, lower back, weak glutes, weak abs.
I can barely move my legs 40%.
I have tried movement prep by Athlean-X channel.
Are there any sources that can teach me how to do this, long-term, and systematically?
