Hey guys I've been working out for on and off for a little over 4 years and probably about 4 months now I've been going every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. I'm about 163, 5"11 and was wondering what supplements (if any) I should start taking to become stronger and more defined than I am right now, even though I'm close to 165 I am generally still referred to as the "skinny" guy. I'm taking the common staples right now of whey protien and creatine but is there any other suggestions of what I should start taking?

P.S.

My diet consists basically of eating throughout the day with no strict food guidelines.

your diet is the number one problem. you need to make sure you are getting in 1g protein per pound of lean body mass. and from there, you'll need about 2200-2500 more clean cals (carb/fat) to grow.

do some math and then eat them numbers.

oh yeah, and also, i am finding that divanex, aka Activate Xtreme, is treating me very well. you may wanna look into that. and it works well with a test booster, seeing as how it works to free up bound test. the more you got to free, the better obviously. and i DO NOT mean prohormones (i hate it when people only respond with "eat more" and don't at least offer up supplement suggestions, cause i know you'll likely find one to take nevertheless, so it might as well be a good one and not some crap).

Thanks alot man, I usually get about 50g of protien through my shakes but besides that I really don't calculate what kind of carbs.fat I'm taking into my body. Any suggestions of what some good clean cals would be?

chicken breast (not breaded), tuna, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats, fruit, brocculi, greens, fish (not breaded)...to name a few. Browse around our Nutrition part of the forum to get some good ideas. Tweak that diet and you're gonna get some good results! Good luck bro.

I would look into EAAs like Purple WRAATH, or aminos in general. They will help fight off muscle catabolism from keeping your calories low, since you want to stay ripped, and will also increase endurance and decrease recovery time between sets and also between workout days

Thanks alot guys for all your help, I'll be sure to tweak the diet and look into some of the supplements you all suggested. Thanks again and I'll keep posted with the any results :cheers:
