i have some xtend and wanted to know if it would be a good idea to mix these two together for a preworkout drink. what are some other options?
 
You could add some xtend but I the majority of BCAAs such as xtend should be consumed throughout your workout.
 
I actually use both Jack3d and Xtend for my workouts. After experimenting, I found that the best way to use these was to drink Jack3d 30 minutes prior, and the Xtend during my training. This has given me by far the best energy and endurance I have ever had. Another thing to try would be tossing 2-3 scoops of Glycergrow in each drink for pumps and water retention.

Yeah I would seperate the two between pre and intra workout. Also glycerglow w/ jack3d = crazy rush. I'll have to try that next time I pick up some GG.
 
I havent used RecoverPRO but it seems very niceeee whichever you choose xtend, RecoverPRO, intra aid your best bet is to consume the jack3d preworkout then the BCAA supplement during. Id also get some creatine perferablly mono because although there is creatine in jack3d its only 1.5 grams per serving so its not enough to get the best effects.

Hooked up with a friend who was overseas for a few years training military in physical fitness and the first two weeks I woke up and went to bed tired as hell. Since I started the stack it's helped put more drive in the gym and actually feel somewhat normal again :P Strength is picking up gradually too.
