what to eat to get huge

i have an extremely fast metabolism, and not alot of time to eat because of school and work. I try my best to eat six decent meals a day, but im not getting the results i want. What do you suggest to eat, that i could bring with me to school and work, to add mass?
 
The key is to be eating before you go to sleep. Now check this out: sleeping, in itself, can burn off the calories of a big mac. So what're you left with? Pizza baby. Eat a few slices before sleeping. I can guarantee the calories will stick around by the time you wake up.
 
Eat when your not hungry. Eat a solid mixture of complex and simple carbs. Simple carbs have a way of making you more hungry. Where do you work? I'd suggest taking some almonds/nuts and munchin on those throughout the day. Take anything portable with you, like granola bars/protein bars. Just find ways to get the cals, and get them OFTEN ! :food:
 
milk, nothing beats it. milk consumption constitutes the greatest single caloric source in my daily diet.
 
Jack your cals up with afew xtra protein shakes and take a tbsp of olive oil for each serving of whey.Except for pre and post workout.Example 2 scoops of whey in water=240cal+2tbps olive oil=240cal total 480cal.The olive oil is a GOOD fat and it will slow digestion of the whey.This will also eliminate the need for casein or MPI before bed

that would turn the majority of folks into a fat slob in a very short period of time,coupled with the fact that its just plain unhealthy.

you can get your extra cals ina healthy way thru good oils/fats and extra protein powder.a blender is the ectomorphs best friend(especially one on a budget,buy it in bulk and blend it up and drink er down!)

This is a joke right? Body by pizza hut probably isn't the best choice.
