What to do now? (gyno issue)

I am coming to the end of my nolva pct after a short lived epi cycle. I was on epi for two weeks (30mg ed) but developed gyno and so stopped the cycle.

Yes I am 100% sure it is gyno. My nipples are puffy and I have small lumps right under the nipple which were not there before the epi. I am 10% bf and just as lean as I was before the cycle.

My question is, what should I take now? As epi doesn't aromatize to estrogen I'm guessing the gyno must have been cause by another route. Nolva has not worked.

I am tight on money atm so can't be spending loads on sorting this gyno. Letro is an option but it seems a little extreme for quite small lumps/puffyness. Something less extreme than letro that would get rid of the type of gyno I have would be perfect.

What do you guys suggest?

Nolva has made no difference after 3 weeks. I've got one more week to go.

Anything other than letro around? I hate feeling shut down. Aromasin or adex or something?..

Just saw your post now Lennox.

I can't afford all those at once. From your link, I like the sound of aromasin. How much weaker is it than adex though?

Aromsin is eeaker in terms of e2 lowering but its got a different mechanism. Suicidal steriodal. I think i3c and 6 bromo may help greatly. I3c isn't that cheap and I'm sure apct will work vell with it

I'm also taking a product with 6bromo in it. 50mg per cap along with cissus, divinal and forsklin.

Is I3c OTC or will I have to source it? If I have to source it, does it have any other names..? I've never heard of it.

And if that doesn't work then I guess I'll need a none suicidal one. So adex or letro yeah?

you can get I3C from the planet (AM's store). its by NOW Foods

Yep found it, thanks. I've been taking 6bromo for two weeks now along with nolva and no change.. So will i3c, as an OTC really be powerfull enough to reverse gyno???

I say I am short on cash.. but it will be better in the long wrong to get the job done with the first product I try or I'll end up spending loads.

Seeing as I was on epi and nolva/6bromo has done nothing to help, do you think it could be progesterone induced gyno? If so none of the above will do anything accept letro right?

I can get hold of letro but it might take a while. I know time is very important with these things. How long can I wait before the gyno becomes irreversable? Weeks, months, a year?

Bro try the i3c and up the dose of bromo I wouldn't touch letro. Adex works for me fantastically tho in reducing pain and size of gyno. I actually do 50mg bromo eod and on off days I do .5-1mg adex depending on how it feels that day
