What to do after pct to help maintain gains.

well, I did search and pretty well documented that I cannot find anything to support what you're saying in my previous comments.

I don't have to prove what you're saying is right.... the burden falls on you, since you're making those claims.
Im surprised you didnt find anything? how many searches did you try? Like I said before, I'm not selling my pct to anyone. I think super pct and xgels sounds well rounded. I don't have my notes but I came up with 150mg bases on ABSORPTION and where your ideal zinc level should be PCT to boost all those hormones but if you think I'm wrong I'm cool with that.

I’m in the same boat as you CatSnake. I just can’t find all of the resources out there claiming that zinc is bad for “BB hormones.” Kinda scratching my head here with this one.

it's pretty clear that a deficiency can cause issues with various hormones, but very little evidence seems to show that anything above the RDA or even upper limit increases hormonal production.

like I said before, I've looked into this many, many times and have never seen data that supports your theory. seriously, if absorption was so poor, then why is the RDA and UL set at the current number?

Read the amounts of Zink in diff types of zinc and you'll see why I dose 150
Please don't ask me to search on my phone for things that you should easily see in a thorough search.

uh, how about this? please don't make claims that you can't support and demand others to prove for you?

btw, I'd read that section you mentioned again....

" (Note: Product labels tend to mark the elemental weight) " .... what that means, is the label is giving you the product dose in elemental levels of zinc already.....

do NOT take a SARM in PCT.....

I believe that MK2866 is not a SARM it is a Sercretatogue and has no negative effects on HPTA to my knowledge.

Dude I don't want you to take 150mg of zinc although the article says megadosing zinc is fine for few months PCT is 4-8 weeks. I have done my research but I CAN'T DO IT FROM MY PHONE. It just takes much time. I'm not asking you to post links for me. I was only suggesting you do a search for your own knowledge not to do work for me.

Don't give me a negative reputation because you don't know how to use Google and do research. Your arguing a dead topic because I don't care if you take Zink or take poison for that matter.

no, it's Ostarine.
