Main goal is bulking up gaining muscle. Right now I have pro complex to take randomly. I have dark matter post workout and lit up per workout. I have a hundred bucks to spend and I'm almost out of pro complex. What should I get?
I'm not talking about food. I have plenty. Just wandering. Should I get pro complex to just take when I need more protein. Or get casein to take at night. What is more beneficial. Or is something better than both of these ideas?
This + Division 1. I'd say Formula-X as well but if your already taking Lit-up then thats a nice looking combo.
I just like adding in regular Whey protein once or twice a day, when bulking I just use a weight gainer post workout. If your eating enough there is really no need to even add more protein imo, depends how much your eating of course.
