It more than likely is a type of veracious vein..

That's exactly what it looks like. Genetics, standing a lot, and being abnormally heavy (like ripped 280) can cause surface veins in the legs. They can be easily removed though, which he should have done before contest because thats NASTY!

:rofl: I think he was just to damn ugly. I know he won the Night of Champions, I think thickness was his problem along with Dorian, Flex, the good Levrone and Cormeir. He was good, just not great.
