I'm wanting to spend somewhere near 100 bucks this month on some new supplements; not counting the stars. I taken a break from about everything for the last couple months from anything but the staples--multi, fish oil, and protein.
My goals as we approach spring is to loose some body fat while maintaining or gaining some lean mass.
Currently I'm 5'6 @196lb. Not sure of exact bf, but do have an outline of upper abs and serratus (spelling?).
Don't really want anything that messes with test boosting...currently dealing with low t @ 192 and working with an endo to see if TRT is necessary.
Need a good pre workout and would like to try a new creatine (have recently used con-cret).
Any input is appreciated.
