What Supplements?

Hiya Lads.

Just a quick question. I am currently using Mutant Mass to add weight along with MusclePharm creatine. I have put on weight and muscle but it looks quiet 'loose' if you know what I mean.

I am after some advice to get a chiseled athlete looking body with ripped muscles.

What supplements do I need to be taking to add ripped, hard muscle. Also, have you any recommendations?

Cheers

Dont forget All Natural Peanutbutter:)

Exactly..Ppl seem to think supps are miracle workers..Diet and training is huge. Even gear /PHs ,if your diet and training blows you wont get make effects..Its all about your diet..

Glad to see more smart advise in AM. OP needs to clean up his diet, learn from a proper workout routine and apply HIIT and LISS cardio according to Caloric needs to Recomp or Cut if he wants to look chiseled, if he wants to bulk he has to learn the basics of Compound movements, Hypertrophy and power.

Bodies are built by Rest and Nutrition first, supplements are merely an aid along the way, though there are some mighty good ones haha ;)!

proper diet and proper training that works for you. supplement wise, Erase Pro, DAA, HGHup are good

Well said bro,i agree100% :)

Supplements do what they say they do,they " supplement" lol...simple as that..Diet and routine blow, you are wasting your money..This sport isnt for everyone man.

A solid nutrient paritioner like r-ala can do wonders to partitioner the macronutrients to muscle cells, away from fat cells to fill your muscles, and something like tt33 can help increase you metabolic rate to negate any possible fat gain, and even burn fat as energy. IMO, two essentials when bulking; both dirt cheap.

I echo this. Learn to utilize natural gains with a good diet.
