what should i stack with Anabolic pump?

what should i stack with anabolic pump on a bulking cycle?

Would it be good to use with CEE on a cutting cycle?

i currenty have these:
100% whey
gnc brand pm protein
anabolic halo (about 4 days left )
anamal pak
universal xtend

please keep in mind that i am extremly endomorphic although i just finished cutting and am currently bulking...............

the halo went went well i gained about 3 pounds of muscle although i didnt feel my body geting cold and the taste was sort of wierd (tasted like sunny d with menthol)
 
i work at gnc and i rarely recommend our pm protein.. just eat some cottage cheese before bed, but if ya like it to each his own

rugger is right, beef up your carbs go at leaast 500 cal over maintainance and do a creatine loading phase.. i think im one of the only people that likes the idea of a load these days... most guys just take it daily, but ima fan of a mono load month on 2 weeks off.. then reload
 
Did you eat carbs during your cutting phase? I probably would slowly taper up the carbs if you didnt to avoid initial fat gain.

I'd initially place the carbs around your workout (with the AP) and use something like vitargo (WMS basically).

And creatine like others have said, if your not already using it.
 
Yup, stack AP with some carbs and creatine - one thing that I found very tricky for me personnaly was finding the right timing for dosing around my workout, IE when to take the AP, when to take the carbs, when to workout. Another thing I learned was that WMS and I don't get along...I did better when I ate a whole food - in fact I got some of the best workouts on accident when I took AP with some cereal instead of my regular steel cut oats and WMS.

carbs for sure along with lots of protein and reasonable amount of fats (aiming at healthy fats as much as possible). Make sure you are getting good amounts of sleep and then just throw in some mono and use the carbs as transport system and your good to go!
