What routine while on test/dbol?

just wondering i have a few set ups. mostly 4/5 day body part splits. Chest, back, off, shoulders, legs, arms, off will be probably my main split. I just want some advice on routines to add as much mass as i could possibly.
I have diet down already, so im good with that.
stats:
5'11, 210 (will be prob 220 by the end of summer) at around 15/16% bf.
squat- 455x1
incline bench 275x1 (havent maxed on flat cause i mest up my wrist and im currently recovering)
dead- 365x5, 405x1

any other info i will post just ask. it will be a normal test e cycle 10weeks, with dbol to kick start all. Nolva for pct, arimidex ran during cycle

I like the 2 on 1 off when bulking and keep reps on 12-7 range. Currently following the fst7 traing and like it a lot. Get a super painful pump at the end of workout.
