What prohormone gives best size gains?

Well, I know I’ve seen some super dope home gyms, but most people don’t have stuff at home to really take advantage of being on steroids.
This isn’t saying you won’t get results. You will.
But it’s much easier to maximize results with a full arsenal of training equipment at your disposal. Just my opinion.
I’d never want to waste a cycle by working out at home. Just me.
Can you get big on full body workouts?
yea, really advanced ones.
Have a set up where you get say, 8 exercises, and go from 8 reps down to 3 reps.
How I’ve personally set that up
Mon/Wed/Fri
————
BbSquat
DB bench
Bb deadlift
Db shldr press
Db bent row
Db lat raise
Db curls
Pull up

you go through each exercise and don’t stop to rest until you’ve completed pull ups. You active rest will come from switching out weights.
You’re not likely to have the array of weights required to lift your max rep range from 8 to 3 reps for all those exercises.
In between days you should be hitting the exercises you missed.
things like tricep extension, calf presses, abs, flys, etc.

#whisky grins thinking about the crazy ass home set up he has with more weight than the gym he used to own 😂

I have a decent physique, nothing special but you can see that im athletic/fit. Thats why im asking. I dont like gyms so i stick to my little homegym. I have lat pulldowns, seated rows and cables for triceps, barbell, dumbbells...

i mean, I’m a trainer, I just smile and say, okay 👌 when clients tell me their leaving to workout at home.

haha, yeah this is true. I mean don’t get me wrong, during lockdown a load of my old members had no choice so we did what we could with super slow training or plyo stuff and limited resistance but I see that as maintaining at best. When I go on holiday and the hotel gym only has limited weight that’s what’ll I’ll do (single leg work and 20+ rep sets and tempo work etc) but in reality for most goals there comes a point where you have to challenge the cns in a lower rep range and shift heavy weight.

I happened to have a double garage and a load of equipment so went to town when lockdown started.

I have enough plates to get my bar up to about 250kg/550lbs, but it’s the lack of dbs that really hamstring me right now. A pair of 30s, 40s, 60 or 70s, and 100s would be awesome, but holy cow are they expensive IF you can find them even.

I kinda hate db work, BUT man you miss it when everything is barbell-based. I just wanna do some incline-chest supported rows and give my low back a break from bb rows some.

Yup. Thinking when gyms reopened that they would stay open, I was in the gym a couple weeks and started a pretty mild cycle of epiandro, 11keto, and hexadrone, started getting results and then the gyms shut back down. Total waste, I just don't have enough weight at home to make it really worth it. If you really want to try it now, maybe make friends with a personal trainer who has near commercial level home gym? Probably your best bet.
