Any "type" of creatine is just based on an overpriced "transportation" mechanism.. Why wouldn't you just spend 20-30$ on 1000 g's of mono and take in a little more for around 165 servings if dosed at 6-7 g's per day.
Unless your scared about the god awful bloat/ water retention and horrible side effects of mono...
