    If you did test for 12 weeks your eq would be 11, ester time to clear off eq is three weeks vs. test e 2. You wouldn't want run too much eq because of the money? Whatever way bro your going to get some real nice gains the way you diet and train combined with the test lol
    yeah but if i ran my test e for 12 wks i'd end up having to run my eq for 10, maybe do it 4-10 idk not sure

    I like the adex though.. smart man. Im running mine at simply .25 mg EOD.

    Test 400(Test E/ prop/ cyp blend) wks 1-10. 550 mg Test E/ cyp per week.
    EQ: 450 mgs wks 1-10
    adex: .25mg EOD

But even if they aren't there will be no evidence that you are actually using. say your cholestrol/ bp is high I mean **** what is the doctor going to say?? Lol that ****s normal bro. Unless your going to get a bonafied banned substance test then I wouldn't worry. And if your test levels are high there might be some question but its easy to pass off
    well i would still be in pct while getting checked so my levels won't be good, right? should i drop it and start pct right now? these hormone/blood work things are expensive and my parents don't know i use ph man..
    This is proper procedure for pct... what are you worried about? You should be geeting these down to check out your levels anyways after a cycle bro!
    Man I got bad news, I'm supposed to be getting a ton of blood work done on may 24th...like I have no idea what to do...I'll basically be getting hormones and everything checked....
    most people say 300 over maintenance, and add 300 a week, (or tailor calories towards lbs. gained per week/ 2 weeks/ month w/e.)

    And on diet yes if you are not a hardgainer and you want quality mass it needs to be clean.. you will eat a lot of the same things as cutting except basically add larger portions and dont be afraid to incorporate "heavier"/ dirtier meals such as mac n cheese, spaghetti, pasta, steak, whole eggs and whatnot. These things are a little dirtier than what you would eat while cutting but still decent by all means
    and would i need to slowly add calories to my diet? if i ended up eating that much i'd be bloated as hell haha
    from what i read about bulking, do i just eat big and clean? 500 cals over maintenance? i feel like i'd be putting on a lot of fat

    yeah thats what a lot of guys do bc its not methylated and doesn't require a pct. so you can stack it w/ your pct to keep fat gain at 0 while retaining strength and lean mass

    look into some of that if you want to stay cut on your pct. If you want to retain strength and lean muscle it will be hard to NOT put on a little bit of fat bc you will have to be eating slightly above maintenance
    Aight, yeah that would be siiiick to gain on PCT, I'm just hoping I can stay cut up after I'm off the Epi. I pride myself on my diet because I keep a strict ass diet so hopefully I will keep a lot of my gains.
