What is your favorite cheat meal?

Happy Birthday Bob!

Starbucks sounds good, I heard they have a Tiramisu Frappe right now. I want to try that.

Ant,

Next time you go for a green tea, get a Green Tea Frappé, it's real refreshing to me. Reminds me of spring.

Aware me on this Green Tea Frappe.

Bob, nice use of AP. I would say it is probably my favorite GDA product. Shame I never see it talked about.

they were last summer. Not bad but nothing to rave about. If you like oreos and like the more cookie/vanilla type flavors you'll like them but they're not like a true cd flavor

I'll echo what TheSolution said regarding those cookie dough Oreos (not good). The limited edition Reese's ones are out though and are very much worth stocking up on.

As you make your way down the pint the graham cracker pieces are scattered all over the place. The Chocolate Flakes are hit or miss in the pint. I had a total of around 10 that were little shards that reminded me of taking a piece of chocolate and shattering it on a counter with a hammer. The texture is very light and melts instantly in your mouth. The Marshmallow Swirl is hard to pick up, but there is a small light texture throughout the pint that is limited in appearance. The combination of the marshmallow base, bits of graham crackers, and little shards of chocolate compliment each other perfectly. The only downside is it seems that a bit more could of made this pint spectacular. The base is good, but its not great. The Wegmans base I had in the past was superior as a marshmallow flavor alone. Gelato Fiasco reminded me of a stronger graham cracker base, and B&J's is more chocolate based. Dairy Queen is a basic vanilla soft serve that meshes their mix-ins to give everything an ever-lasting taste. Overall this is a good pint, with a touch more of the mix-ins provided and a denser marshmallow flavor this would be a top rank!

Grade: B

Thanks for the review. It's the one flavor in that batch that struck me as interesting.

Anyone ever tried any of these? Only 150 calories and 12g of protein for the whole pint. Easily can work these into daily macros. Picked up a couple today:

I've seen them around, but haven't picked it up because I was afraid the flavor was going to suffer from all of the "free" stuff. Interested to hear your thoughts on these.

choc pb sucks. Tastes exactly the same as the plain choc which is similar to lightly flavored cardboard.

The other is the new blend of cnc. Heard it was better then the old cnc which was pretty good for what it is (fake ice cream).

For the of flavors: 1)vanilla maple/cnc 2)mint choc 3)strawberry 4)coffee others (suck) choc/pb choc

New flavors I've only tried the 300cal version of the cookie dough which was real good.

The Solution or Driven2lift can give you the background on Arctic Zero. Short story is 3rd party testing did not match label.
^^

This...
uSe google

That's what I feared. My experience with ice cream is that promises of low fat/calories comes at a price. I'd rather go all out and not sacrifice flavor.

I still plan on going all out on cheat days but would love to incorporate some ice cream into the daily grind as well.

Well I'm also extremely lactose intolerant, so I really want to make sure it is worth it lol. Dealing with horrible stomach cramps as a result of mediocre ice cream annoys me. Those Arctic Zero products are attractive because of the lactose free claim, but I tend to find that lactose free equals sub par flavor too.

Cheat day no
Cheat meal yes

Cheat day = several steps backwards and longer to hit your baseline again

Cheat meal = optimal
