lll get some PBC when the insider drops. until then my diet is pretty boring because of how low my kcals are
Been dieting almost 4 months now.

Depends on how far along the offseason mate. When i was almost up to 190 i was around i think 3500/daily, not 100% sure since i am more focused on hitting X amounts for Pro/Carb/Fat instead of total kcals which fall into place when you hit your macros.

What one considers lean will vary from person to person, but to get show ready ill have to get down around 1700 or so kcals.
Plus with a good amount of cardio (3-4 HIIT sessions + 3 hours of LISS or so)

yeah fair enough, i got to 10% staying around 2200-2300 then gradully down to 1900-1800 from there on to go to 8% which really sucked but wasn't that bad for short term. i like the idea of macro ranges during an improvement/bulk i think the best way to hold higher cals for longer when you cut is to get your macros into human dumpster mode and keep increasing them any way possible, but i guess it depends on how active you are to, genetics, and lifestyle/work

Unless you like Frappe's I would pass. Liquid calorie bombs usually disappoint IMO. I think your experience with the pumpkin tells you as much.

I'd go with another sugary indulgence of your choice. Doesn't iHop have stuffed French toast?

i am making my own pancakes tomorrow don't worry they will be epic

just love coffee, never had a frapp. had a latte in pittsburgh (snickerdoodle) and it was fukin Epic.

Ive never gotten anything other than plain black coffee at Starbucks but I heard on the radio yesterday they're rolling out some type of birthday cake frap... Sounds promising

I usually just ask the girl or guy working the register what they think is the best tasting drink, and do that, and then give them a few $$$ in a tip.

Too bad... I saw the Reese Oreos in Mich, regret not getting them now. Probably would have made a good mix-in for PB cup Select sludge.
