Spread looks good Bob, the venue is also nice! It is amazing how much both you and your brother resemble both of your parents and not just one. Usually kids look mostly like one parent, but not the other.

Spread looks good Bob, the venue is also nice! It is amazing how much both you and your brother resemble both of your parents and not just one. Usually kids look mostly like one parent, but not the other.

Was a blessing and an amazing time, not to mention the cookout we had today at his wife parents house. we basically had most of the leftovers from the wedding + Some hotdogs/burgers. Great time and good people...

Bob, mixed up and bought 2 tubs of sour cream instead of cream cheese (intended to make protein cottage cheese), any ideas what I can do with it, aside from put it on burritos?
 
Chocolate sour cream snack cake..

I cup chocolate whey
1/4 cup flaxseed
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Splenda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 egg
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup Monin O'free chocolate syrup
1/2 cup of sour cream
1/4 cup of almonds

Picked up both new flavors from Ben & Jerry's at the Scoop Shop
Also got Coconut 7 layer Bar + Salted Caramel Blondie (Scoop Shop Exclusives) was gonna get Turtle Cheesecake but had no more room in my lil Jeni Transport bag had to keep it filled with ice for 2+ hours to drive home.

cant wait to crack into them.

Good question, never buy Sour Cream ever haha.
Maybe on top of a salad, use it to bind some things in a stirfry?

I hate you Bob. I bought some Everything but the... Half of it in one sitting.

I'll try salad and let you know. It went very well in Southwestern Chicken Soup (Campbell) last night.

As you scoop a few bites the Coconut Base continues to shine in flavor, but not only that the Fudge Flakes turn morn into Fudge Chunks which remind me of Graeters Chocolate Chips in size. These were massive and packed a great rich chocolate flavor. You will also start to see small chunks of butter scotch which are found throughout the pint and provide a great compliment to everything involved in this pint. The walnuts are pretty similar to what you would find in "Chunky Monkey" another pint off the Ben & Jerry line, and provides a great nutty flavoring something you can find as well in Everything but the. The Graham Cracker Swirl is a bit on the weaker side, nothing like Turkey Hill and its Graham Cracker swirl that you would find in the pumpkin quart, but has a nice gritty feel/vibe to it which gives this pint a touch of extra sweetness on top of the rich base. I am shocked this is not in pints. This was hands down one of the better pints I have had off the Ben & Jerry Line. From first bite to last this was unique and impressive. Ben & Jerry's hit a home run. Take this out of being a scoop shop exclusive and put it in stores!

Thank god I can't buy this at Jewl. I have one a block away, and B&J is on sale for $3. Could turn into a serious issue.

This has been addressed numerous times... It's a free meal. You can nail your macros that day AND have a cheat meal. Move on, it's one meal. Some do the 90/10 rule, I follow a 80/20.
 
Homemade red velvet & ice cream cake - FF vanilla ice cream, FF cream cheese frosting, dusted with RF crushed oreos and WF chocolate syrup drizzle. First time attempting ice cream cake and I'd say it turned out pretty darn delicious.

With whatever no cutting back all meals are similar besides the cheat

Sometimes I don't have it post workout or on a workout day

Use any box of cake mix and mix in a 12 oz can of diet soda. Super easy. If using half a box, use 6 oz, etc. For example, I made red velvet so I paired it with diet wild cherry soda. Omit the oil, eggs, water. Bake according to box instructions. Eat. Profit. :-)
 
It is more than 3 times the surface area of typical 16 inch pizza. Not know about thickness and toppings, I'd say that's a big challenge.

Had mine today! Had 8cups of regular cheerios(that is a crap ton of cereal)! Ate that with about 2 cups of almond milk and Edy's German chocolate cake ice cream!

How you managed to eat that many regular cheerios is baffling. I hope there was mass amounts of sugar involved.

hell i dont find cereal a cheat. i am talking about a juicy burger, oven baked macaroni and cheese with full fat butter, a full blown chinese take out meal with an egg roll. that is more of a cheat meal that you really cant calculate haha

Wowza! That's one heck of a cheat meal Bob. LOL!!! Man, all I had this past Saturday for my cheat meal was a large hoagie from Jersey Mike's but that pales in comparison to what some of you guys eat. LOL!

i know calculated a cheat meal may seem dumb, but i have a tendency to overeat easily, and i have to somewhat count my macros of my cheat meal. Now i do go over my maintenance around 1000 calories!

Why not just get something you want, eat it and move on? (Takeout) if you order a 6" Sub with all the fixings it not like you can overdulge. its a good form of practice and practice of food control/relationship with food. Lets face it we cannot scale our food for our entire life and none of us are going pro anytime in the future. We eat food as means to help achieve a goal. moderation is a healthy practice everyone should utilize tracking calories or not.

or make something (dont count what you use) and use oil's/butters etc to make a dish you may crave?

Works very well too. Maybe a massive burger with 90/10 beef, and some homemade fries, add in whatever cheese you want, bacon etc and move on.
