Do you even need to ask?

Lol right?

You DO have a knack for presentation though, chef Bob. Odds are good you could make any piece of crap meal look damn good.

Far from crap
the feedback i got at the arnold from all the people who wanted to meet me and try my stuff was overwhelming, not one unsatisfied person.

Made my now regular double-entree refeed tonight. Again warned by waitress it was a lot of food, again left still wanting more.

Sorry, no dessert this was a refeed not a cheat

Only one more of these before I start getting strict again with diet. Need to go out with a bang

Those SP Fries look perfect
how did you calculate that for a refeed?

Loving this place for my refeeds because their nutrition facts are very detailed.
Cals, macros, sodium/potassium, vitamin %'s. Preparation methods are listed and customizable. They even list ounces of dressing and let you alter that.

Best part is its about 5 minutes away from me

May keep going on occasion, having these refeeds has been a nice excuse for a date night out with my wife; just leave it at one entree and a salad though lol

1500,

Leanest sirloin cut in town, the burger... Not so much lol.

I aim for an extra 1000 cals on refeed days, ate as normal all day and had 1500 instead of 5-600 typical dinner

& strategically placed after back day, before leg day today. The extra pump I get after refeeding kills my back workouts but improves squat strength for me.

Well thought out

Cheat meals for me are just a meal untracked, uncounted, and then move on.
No harm no foul

I've been doing this now. I have planned refeeds once a week or so and every 3-4 weeks I can just have a whatever I want however much I want meal. It seems to be working very very well for me

I feel dumb but I never even thought of like sweeping it under the rug. After eating something I shouldn't be it's like a math exam trying to work the rest of my macro's for the day around

Solution, man, you have to hunt that PB core series down. It is a new favorite man...i know you are the ice cream connoisseur but it hit the nail right on the head for me.

Apparently a powerful GDA designed for massive cheat meals/binges.

I dont use them if i have my cheat PWO, pretty pointless IMO
i try to time them for PWO, but sometimes it does not happen
when it does not i take like 3-4 digestive enzymes and 4 caps of the GDA EBF gave me @ The arnold. Stuff is amazing.

Excited for this weekend making spinach/chicken Alfredo lasagna and a caramel apple sauce to go over either vanilla or butter pecan ice cream and maybe some pot brownies or muffins

Decided to have a cheat day today since school is out for spring break. I can keep up my diet waaaaayyyyy better when im in school cause im occupied most of the day between work and school. Probably put in a little over 5k kcals. :(

Kyoto's japanese steak house
- 3 sushi rolls
- hibachi chicken with fried rice
Ben and Jerry's pint of ice cream
- caramel sutra (best ice cream ive ever eaten)

Post workout
- 10 Zbars (these bars are effin AMAZING!!!

Couple of bagels and peanut butter.

Tomorrow no more cheating for a couple of weeks. Start norco this coming monday.

Cheat Meal for me tomorrow?
Suggestsions?
Dessert will be the new PB FUDGE Core ice cream from BnJ

Meh....
They have an original flavor of that which is identical to the core. so its basically nothing new.

Salsbury steak, cheese burger case role, bear claws , or...I've been craving chicken Alfredo as of lately.

Just some ideas.

Do you like spice Bob?

How about Mexican or South American food?

I love empenadas, and home-made tacos/burritos

I put hot sauce on everything
Literally
Cajun, Paprika, Chili Powder etc.

Just need to find some stuff to buy to make it.

Good man :)

I'm the same and that's why my wife can never touch any if the food I make lol.

I think I remember older posts of yours using Thermogenesauce, never did try that out

As you continue to eat through the pint you get to pick up more and more chunks of peanut butter cups, these resemble those small peanut butter cups (Reese Mini's) which you can find the grocery store or a local gas station, not real size peanut butter cups like in "PB Cup" but on the smaller side. Not to mention the core continues to amplify as the pint goes down (Some state it tends to fade away) but mine continued and enlargened as i plowed towards the bottom. Overall this is a great pint, If you are a Peanut butter and Chocolate lover there is no reason you should not invest in this. No brainer here on my overall score. I tend to enjoy the core series very much. The core adds a great texture/consistency to the pint and provided with good mix-ins (peanut butter cups) and a PB Base (Which Ben and jerry's should do more often) this was a keeper. So far my favorite over Salted Caramel Core.

Score: A

Glad to see you enjoyed it just as much as I did brother. It is damn good.

New favorite cheat meal: I've perfected my fat free ice cream recipe and learned how to make fat free cheesecake (with graham cracker crust for better flavor or without to keep the macros lower) to mix into the ice cream.

I don't like the word 'fat free', and 'cheat meal' in the same sentence... Just doesn't cut it for me, lol.....
;)

This....
Cheat meals are not meant to be "Fat Free" or low Calorie
Cheat meals are meant to be delicious and full of calories :)

Cant wait to crack into mine after tearing up chest/back this afternoon.
