How was it?
Do you even need to ask?
Lol right?
You DO have a knack for presentation though, chef Bob. Odds are good you could make any piece of crap meal look damn good.
Those SP Fries look perfect
how did you calculate that for a refeed?
1500,
Leanest sirloin cut in town, the burger... Not so much lol.
I aim for an extra 1000 cals on refeed days, ate as normal all day and had 1500 instead of 5-600 typical dinner
& strategically placed after back day, before leg day today. The extra pump I get after refeeding kills my back workouts but improves squat strength for me.
Cheat meals for me are just a meal untracked, uncounted, and then move on.
No harm no foul

Solution, man, you have to hunt that PB core series down. It is a new favorite man...i know you are the ice cream connoisseur but it hit the nail right on the head for me.
Damn! I gotta find me this sh!tGot it todayHaving Friday

How do you make your cupcakes?
Bkupniewski = Youtube about 100 videos on there for you![]()
Seeing all this foodporn on here i might have to try out evomuse defuse! Anybody tried that?
what does that do?
Apparently a powerful GDA designed for massive cheat meals/binges.
Guess I am testing caramel sutra on my rampage tomorrow then![]()
Cheat Meal for me tomorrow?
Suggestsions?
Dessert will be the new PB FUDGE Core ice cream from BnJ
Meh....
They have an original flavor of that which is identical to the core. so its basically nothing new.
Salsbury steak, cheese burger case role, bear claws , or...I've been craving chicken Alfredo as of lately.
Just some ideas.
Do you like spice Bob?
How about Mexican or South American food?
I love empenadas, and home-made tacos/burritos
I put hot sauce on everything
Literally
Cajun, Paprika, Chili Powder etc.
Just need to find some stuff to buy to make it.

As you continue to eat through the pint you get to pick up more and more chunks of peanut butter cups, these resemble those small peanut butter cups (Reese Mini's) which you can find the grocery store or a local gas station, not real size peanut butter cups like in "PB Cup" but on the smaller side. Not to mention the core continues to amplify as the pint goes down (Some state it tends to fade away) but mine continued and enlargened as i plowed towards the bottom. Overall this is a great pint, If you are a Peanut butter and Chocolate lover there is no reason you should not invest in this. No brainer here on my overall score. I tend to enjoy the core series very much. The core adds a great texture/consistency to the pint and provided with good mix-ins (peanut butter cups) and a PB Base (Which Ben and jerry's should do more often) this was a keeper. So far my favorite over Salted Caramel Core.

New favorite cheat meal: I've perfected my fat free ice cream recipe and learned how to make fat free cheesecake (with graham cracker crust for better flavor or without to keep the macros lower) to mix into the ice cream.
I don't like the word 'fat free', and 'cheat meal' in the same sentence... Just doesn't cut it for me, lol.....
