Just smashed my 2 hardest finals today (biochem & bio of organisms) and about to go do my week 3 squat workout of 5/3/1, and have hardly eaten all day.

Any cheat ideas for tonight???

Pizza + Ice Cream
Chinese Takeout + Egg Roll + Ice Cream
Huge Mexican Fajita Sampler + Donuts
Cinnamon Roll pancakes/french toast + Omelete + Cheesecake.
 
Since i know you do the biorythym diet since i kind of adopted it off you, do you disregard the protocol or try and make the cheat fit within the guidelines??

I really have been craving chinese, and i have yet to try talenti ssc...hmm

A cheat meal does not fit into any guidelines
a cheat is meant as a FREE MEAL
eat what you want, dont binge, just be reasonable

have some chinese an egg roll and some SSC bro.

Went with a quart of beef and broccoli with a pint of ssc talenti. Also eating 1 lb of chicken & 3/4 cup of jasmine rice.

Like i said, i hardly ate all day lol.

I mean i got talenti too man, gimme a break lol!. I know how to cheat haha.

Lets just say I'm making up for an unaccounted cheat last saturday. Ate a jacks bacon cheeseburger pizza and a haagen-dazs peanut butter pie (which is my favorite ice cream ive ever had i think, if there were better mix ins itd be a for sure thing).

Yea i dont even know where the closest scoop shop is near me in Illinois when I'm at school or Indiana when I'm at home. Maybe ill try and find one for next time i go back out east towards erie or pittsburgh.

Well damn, just used the store locater on b&j.com and found out there is a scoop shop 12 miles from me at school. Will without a doubt be making my way there in the near future.

Had a whole chicken bacon ranch pizza and confetti cake batter pancakes made with cellucors new flavor and funfetti pancake mix with whipped cream and wegmans shortbread cookie ice cream

Gonna have a gpod one to night....gongerbread fremch toast, some shortbread cookie ice cream and a paulas donut. These donuts are super big and super good maybe ill snao a pic if I remember

Sugar substitutes and sweeteners in large amounts are GI killers I hear you. Only some seem to effect me though.
