What is your favorite cheat meal?

I've smoke once my whole life, don't really see the big deal. Almost like getting drunk but way more expensive, and you have the whole legality issue.

I ate a donut, double cheese burger from mc Donald's, 3 captain and diets, a bacon cheese burger, fries, pulle port sandwich, ribs, key lime pie and pecan pie and over a gallon of water

SPEAKING OF! Just ordered three 4 lb tubs of cellucor whey. Cookies and cream,strawberry,and cinnamon swirl. I must now make your pancakes the way they were ment to be made.
 
Just had an epic cheat. Home made burger. Every 18th of the month my room mates and i create our own burger. Mine was:

4 turkey burgers
4 pieces of sharp cheddar
3 servings tortilla crisps
3 servings stubbs original barbecue sauce
1 rye bread loaf
4 pieces of hormel natural nitrate free bacon
Jalapenos
A1 steak sauce
9 oz ore-ida waffle fries

Came out to 2856 cals. If i could've added a little more i would've added some sweet cole slaw and a fried egg or two. Ended the +400 above maintenance and hit a hang clean pr this morning and 5 lb short of a squat pr.
 
Oh my lord brothers! I went grocery shopping. Some "not as good as the solution" recipes coming to this thread. With pictures.

Some of the items...

18x 1 lb 93/7 beef
8 boxes of whole wheat noodles
1 box of non organic non free range regular old eggs *5 dozen*
3 limited edition pumpkin spice bagels by thomas
1 bag of broccoli*200 cups* multiple bags of mixed veggies.
2 almond milk unsweetened.
2 red hot wing sauce
3 sticks of greek cream spread.
Multiple different pasta sauces
2 bottles sugar free raspberry dressing
4 jars of pb2
Multiple spices.
7 Christmas movies and 3 non holiday.
4 supreme protein bars *bogo* ill be doing something creative with these*
2 pints of pb cup bnj,3 cinnamon bun

Much much more. Also stocked the freezer for the family.

My refeeds will be epic. Started diet today.

Total cost :450.65
Total cost with coupons*me and the wife are trying more online coupons*: 381.34

2 lbs pecans
3 lbs honey grade A good stuff none of that low grade crap
4 heads cabbage
5 lbs beets
5 lbs turnips
2 lbs zucchini
1/2 lbs Hungarian peppers
1/2 lbs cubanelle peppers
15 lbs russet potatoes
10 lbs sweet potatoes
5 lbs onions
1 1/2 lbs okra
3 lbs button mushrooms
1 head bokchoy
2 heads garlic
2 heads escarole
3 bunches celery
3 bunches scallions
4 pints blueberries
1/2 gallon apple cider vinegar
2 cartons of eggs

Got all this for 65 bucks, at a big box store this would have cost me almost triple but I go to a produce market where the product is great and the prices are low. This will last me and my family about 3 to maybe 4 weeks.

Yeah and the brownies were awesome I wonder if I could alter the recipe and do up some protien pot brownies or pancakes since I have yet to successfully make protein brownies always comes out like flan

That's just cheating life, you can't get high and meet your macros at the same time.

I disagree especially during bulking season I find it hard to eat the amount of food necessary to grow smoking really helps increase hunger making it easy to reach my calorie and macro count although it does make you crave bad food as well but that's where will power and common sense come in to play.

Eat,just shut up and eat. That is not rocket science. All im going to say is if you need mj for bodybuilding you're weak minded in my opinion. Ever hear of chocolate syurp? Best calorie filler ever. Easy.

Now back to cheat meals.

Good luck building a good physique on chocolate syrup I think I would rather smoke and eat more chicken sweet potatoes or brown rice and I will avoid diabetes as well but more power to ya
 
What's wrong with having 4 slices of white bread with jelly, ( or chocolate syrup) to go along with ur protein , post workout, ha ha ha...

With working 12 night shifts, n training n sleeping, I find lil time to make ur recipes .. Would it b ok to freeze them? I'd like to dedicate a day to watching ur u tube stuff n baking along with u... Once again thank u for making it so detailed n easy to follow:)

Some of my recipes can be frozen yes. The one i made today (Oatmeal Balls/Protein Bars) Are a good thing you could bulk cook and freeze.
Same with my frozen bars (one of my first) i made.

Any loaf or cookie you could freeze and thaw. Absolutely.

I ate poutine all the time when I traveled to Toronto for work. So good.

Thanks bud. The additions made it unbelievable. Broiling it for a minute (after it was plated) was a good move as well.
 
1 cup whole wheat pasta,1 lb 93/7 ground beef,1/2 cup of brown rice. Cajun seasoning ,meat marinated in raspberry vinaigrette and red hot wing sauce. Not colorful. Ran outa coleslaw.

Sea Salt Caramel is the BOMB

Prettty good. maybe a little strong on the banana. its pretty out front. but, if youre a banana kind of guy, youd probably love it.

ill be trying more flavors for sure. but, didnt sea the sea salt Caramel. Honestly was surprised just to see the brand, but ive found it at 2 places now. one being walmart
