Lol, how the heck is that cheat food!!! I see protein, veg, and carbs. I guess you could consider the white rice kind of bad for you. I'm craving Asian now, guess I'll have some ramen. The good stuff to.
Like the solution had said, cheat meals are when you don't count and eat what ever and how much of it you want.
Within limitation
Eating 7 plates on a buffet, probably not optimal.
An appetizer, an entree and dessert not counted and enjoyed in moderation =- more of a cheat meal

now some of us have stomachs larger than our eyes (raises hand) so be smart with your cheat meal. Hence why i usually take it with friends/family at restaurants to be social and also to not eat like a damn pig which i can do.
Most of my clients like to do take out, so i tell them grab an appetizer (like an egg roll) Chinese take out, and like a pint of ice cream.
Usually i tell them save it for the last meal so when its over its done, the day is over, and move onto tomorrow. just replace it with 1 meal
