What is your favorite cheat meal?

That is why they call you the solution you are always on point with your information and guides for weight lifting and nutrition thanks for sharing all of your stuff I really appreciate it. When is your next show? What kind of prep are you doing for it?

I'm thinking about getting some pb2 to add to some of my cheats. Anyone have any experience with it? How does it taste?

Both the original and the chocolate are great. Really has a peanut butter taste, hard to tell the difference. Great way to thicken a shake as well, love it in my chocolate or cookie dough shakes.
 
I think it def is a little different than real peanut butter but its still good and I still use it regularly nevertheless.
 
I ate so much peanut butter today I wreaked of it at the gym. I was drenched from the humidity and I smelled like the worse jar of PB ever haha

pb2 for a cheat? per tablespoon its like 1g of fat, 3-4g of carbs 3-4g of protein..
How is this a cheat?
Just eat REAL peanut butter on a cheat since its an uncounted meal?
 
PB2 is legit if you have never had it, goes very well in sludge, shakes, baking etc.. highly reccomend it. for 4$ a jar well worth the investment. its very low calorie too
 
Btw, the wife wants sushi tonight. I've only had it once...but with all the rice, would I consider this my cheat? I try to keep carbs <50

im going to a buffet dinner tonight for my dads induction into the golf hall of fame, not a single macro/calorie will be counted.
Hoping there is an endless bar of steak, pasta, fruits, salads, and desserts.

That's bad*ss man! Congrats to your pops and enjoy your buffet...a**hole. I think I might snag some chik-fil-a. Not sure yet though, I'm trying to take my cheats down a level or two...I feel I've been getting a little carried away and it might be effecting my weekly deficit. Regardless, enjoy smashing your buffet bro!

I think he means you plan to have a cheat but when it comes time just eat whatever you feel like eating and how ever much you feel like eating of it. No planning quantity or counting cals or anything
 
Todays cheat: some chips and salsa, decent sized shredded beef wet burrito smothered in cheese. And then a chocolate mudslide for desert that I split with my little brother. Came out to something like a 1700 kcal lunch.

Most times when you eat out its unplanned,
if its planned with friends/family then use that as a cheat meal for the week for a social occasion or a gathering. Would be a good time.

Who cares if your cutting or bulking, are you 3 weeks out from a bodybuidling show? Then no a damn meal wont make a difference.
 
Should i eat the whole tub? Lol its my high carb day (im carb cycling) and ive hit my macros and kcals for the day..

anything with starch will usually put a smile on my face - fries, burgers, cookies, pizza...I love bread lol

Ben & Jerry's Choc Chip Cookie Dough can get it anytime too ;)
 
Campfire last night, roasted marshmallows drizzled with warmed almond butter + melted 90% dark chocolate. Yum.
May try baking these and letting them sit/harden to be portable
 
Went to a buffet last night for my Dad's Hall of Fame induction dinner,
was not picture worthy was medicore at best

Tuscan Chicken + Spaghetti
Roast Beef
Mashed Red Potatoes
Strawberry Salad
Peach Pie for dessert

woke up a pound lighter :( went for 2 plates and dessert

Then we went to a reception afterward and hit some more Triple Layer Cake:
