You ever come down to erie and want to workout, let me know. My gym is VERY competitive, a crazy atmosphere where nearly everyone competes in some fashion of bodybuilding, physique, womens etc...

dude, you're a generous man! same goes for you if you're ever in buffalo, I'm a freekin mean cook. Not much of a baker though. You bring the peanut butter marshmallow loaves and I'll make the grilled salmon with wasabi/garlic glaze, risotto with shiitaki mushrooms and scallions sauteed in sake, and pan seared asparagus with a chili pepper cream sauce.

awesome dude. i'm speechless

I really, really, really wish I were a hard gainer.

Is it bad to consider drug use just to offset eating ****ty?

Just a general comment. I was imagining what it would be like to eat that way daily.

That was me in my younger years of 200+ pounds and playing offensive line in high school for football. A whole tombstone pizza meat lovers everyday after practice because i was too lazy to cook (or did not know how to cook at the time) and relied off candy, chips, poptarts, and whatever mom cooked every now and then. haha

I built a gym in my basement. With two jobs and a kid it was the best way to keep myself on the "no excuses" path. I'm not going to be working my second job anymore after may because my day job is paying for me to go back to school so I might get a gym membership to use once in a while to switch things up
