Super duper donuts voted Buffalo's(not anywhere near Buffalo) donuts. These are super airy and perfect combination of soft dough and not overly sweet fillings. Pictured is a cookie crunch donut and apple fritter. Paula's is still great get more value for your dollar and quality is always there. Worth a try if you are out towards the South Dayton area. (40 mins. From my house, but well worth it just for the donuts).

You just don't want to go out and actually enjoy a meal. The UK has some great food and I can bet you can find nice places where you live. Your so strict on your diet you would be scared to go get some ice cream or a meal off your diet that is untracked. You need to take a step back and realize you don't get paid to do 1000 carb refeeds or tracking your macros to a T Every single day. Not a single person in this thread, this forum, or any social media forum will get paid to step on a bodybuilding stage or monitor their nutrition everyday in My Fitness Pal. Let alone whenever you have a high carb meal or a meal off your diet you want to compensate by taking Defuse and like 2-3 stacked GDA's on top of it..

Take a step back from the tracking game every now and then, and take a step forward to improving your relationship with food and flexibility on your diet.Moderation is everything all of us should work on improving, utilizing, and incorporating. Because none of us are in prep or 2 weeks out from a show where we have to be anal to our macros.

That doesn’t answer 90% of the point I was making. Again you have some flaws you need to work on with your relationship and food.

Of course top tier cities like LA and NY will have amazing food. Every place has good food you just have to go out and seek it or make some yourself. Then again your always doing crazy stuff with PSMF and tracking your intake to a T everyday when you could have some flexibility live your life and still make as good of progress if not better instead of slaving your self to the scale.

In 5 years I doubt your going to weigh every oz of chicken you eat and every single gram of oatmeal. You can go into any gym and find people who make Great progress and eat McDonald’s weekly or go out and smash a pizza and not track a calorie . There is more to life then living off the scale and enjoy a cheat meal or Moderation every now and then . The amount of supp over abuse and use you do use on those higher caloric data have been noted and seen by others yet you continue to not change your ways. Just trying to help but to Each their own.

I used to think the same about where I live, mid-size city in Canada. I’d go down to Buffalo for good grub with mkretz. It wasn’t really until he came up and I had to look for more places did I find the goldmine of local foods.
Have to find the happy medium of clean and cheat foods.

You just need to get out and have fun. Like really. Ooo you missed macros 1 day so what, a year is 365 days. Stop being soft. Explore where you live and eat. Sure you won't get good pizza, but **** fish and chips is good. Just eat, don't be a part of the female anatomy

Amanda is the owner she lives 10 minutes from me. Awesome girl and I know who she is.
Protein Donuts are far from Cheat meals ... same with protein cookies lol
I think she charges like $40 for a dozen. A bit too much IMO

Personally after having doughbar this weekend too (thanks to junkbanter) the texture is a hybrid of a bagel and donut (more hard then soft) the toppings and glaze are good but for the price it’s very hard to justify IMO.

People who think real donuts cookies and baked goods or the devil and have no association with the term moderation are the ones that see protein in an ice cream , donut, cookie and will shell out any money to buy them.
