You just don't want to go out and actually enjoy a meal. The UK has some great food and I can bet you can find nice places where you live. Your so strict on your diet you would be scared to go get some ice cream or a meal off your diet that is untracked. You need to take a step back and realize you don't get paid to do 1000 carb refeeds or tracking your macros to a T Every single day. Not a single person in this thread, this forum, or any social media forum will get paid to step on a bodybuilding stage or monitor their nutrition everyday in My Fitness Pal. Let alone whenever you have a high carb meal or a meal off your diet you want to compensate by taking Defuse and like 2-3 stacked GDA's on top of it..
Take a step back from the tracking game every now and then, and take a step forward to improving your relationship with food and flexibility on your diet.Moderation is everything all of us should work on improving, utilizing, and incorporating. Because none of us are in prep or 2 weeks out from a show where we have to be anal to our macros.
