Hmmm... I read this as being for Activate Xtreme.Now i've re-read this i'll say that its highly unlikely that you'll need to go as high as 6 caps/day. I am 220lbs and doing GREAT on 4 caps/day.

For Triazole it doesn't seem to matter a whole lot. For the new Activate Xtreme you should aim for as close to an empty stomach as possible.
