I'd say similar to slightly lower, depending on what you call sides libido effect is similar, less arm/back acne for me on The ONE, but slightly more facial acne. The lethargy people talk about on The ONE is more like a drop late in the day like you took in too much caffeine earlier in the day, where if you get lethargy from epistane its different and occurs starting after each dose. The ONE raises hunger in most people and seems to cause light hypoglycemic type sides if you are either taking in low carbs or are prone to hypoglycemia.

Strong androgens are notorious for altering nutrient metabolism.

would u compare the sides of "the one" to havoc, or even less then that?

Honestly, i havent really had any mirror sides (no bloodwork) and as an unsponsored user, i would say it is in the top 2 anabolics I have used. Most cycles I ran, sides became very prominent as the gains became more so, but nt with this one. I dont usually dole out the accolades to quickly, but this really is a fantastic product. I have not run havoc, but my cousin has, he thinks this compound takes it, heads and tails, less sides as well.
