What is the best vascualar pump?

I started by taking altered state three months ago. I wasn't very serious with lifting so i really do not remember how i liked the supplement. Currently i am taking nano vapor, by muscletech, and i like it to a point. It allows me to lift more weight than normally, but the crash after is terrible and i dont see myself getting any bigger. I was thinking about testing out MRI Black Powder. let me know what you guys think,.

If anything (honestly though, you should focus on diet and training first, because it sounds like you don't know what the hell you're doing), your best bet would be the following:

I was very impressed overall with PlasmaJet. I'm currently running a box now along with Mitotropin. Pumps are sick and do not go away... 10 pills are a bit much, but the product works.
 
thanks and yeah i really dont know what im doing. aha

then you should definitely get that in check first...it'll lead to much better results than throwing in random supplements
 
If you are just getting back into lifting.

Multivitamin
Creatine(optional, i dont use it...)
Fish Oil
A pre workout of choice(such as jacked or such)

I know having a pre workout drink to give me a boost helped alot when I was first getting back into it a year and some months ago. It gave me a boost at the gym to get the crap done.

For vascularity though Drive+RPM did a great job for me(from Applied Neutriceuticals)

But 90% of your results will depend on hard work at the gym, crawling in there even if you dont feel like it if its a training day. Eating, even if your not hungry but its time for one of your meals. And keeping any supplements you do use strick schedule wise. No "oops I forgot to take em this morning" every other day or you wont get any benefits.
 
I really like superpum250 and plasmajet. My favorite so far. Altered State was another one that i liked but you get use to the caffeine after awhile. With superpum250 and plasma jet, if you you can cycle off the superpump and stay on the plasmajet so it work really good.
 
i will never change my view that most pre workout supplements are worthless. if you want a good pump, i think glycergrow is the best for pumps. gets u very pumped with no stimulants and a bargain considering how long the tub lasts. $27 bucks for 120 servings... other than that id say some bulk AAKG. id rather know what goes into my body and control the dosages myself. i took a look at the nano vapor ingredients once time when i tried it... about a trillion ingredients and didnt do anything for me in the gym.

Mann you def gotta try to stay away from GNC :laugh:

You're only 5'4" and weigh a buck 30... you gotta eat ! Don'y worry about supplements other than the basics for now.. Once you get some weight on you, get your diet right, and are more familiar with when supplements can do.. check into Formex by IBE if you want vascularity, excess estrogen/bloat control, muscle endurance, and improved libido. :thumbsup:
