What is the best first cycle?

This kind of work ethic applies to any set or rep range. 5x5, heavy singles, 20-rep sets of squat, legpress, deadlift, 100-rep isolation sets, rest-pause, isometrics, HIT, whatever. It really doesn’t matter - people can grow & strengthen with different methods, but they MUST work hard.

Truly hard work is the common thread that underlies all productive training. You’re going to have to want it, and you’re going to have to pay the dues.

We have all had sessions, maybe months or years, where we coasted. Just phoned it in. These may be necessary for one reason or another with life, injuries, stress, distractions. But the progress really comes in proportion to the effort applied.
If I have learned anything from that technique, which I have and been applying for at least 6-8 months now. It's that was not truly hitting failure till I tried some of the DC stuff. In that time I have definitely without a doubt made more progress on less gear (mostly trt dose) and less food, training that way then I had in the 1.5 previous years. I was stronger on 1rm when I was fat, but in general now I'm about 30lbs less, stronger on most lifts for reps other then bench and consistent progress. The only variable in my favor is training to real failure now. Once again I find myself thinking about how many cycles I wasted gear trying to up the dose instead of working harder

Exactly my thoughts.. luckily I’ve only been doing this for close to 3 year but the first 2 years were a big waste. Left half of my progress if not more on the table. Makes me sick to my stomach

10 years ago I did this stuff and everything worked, now I been back at it for about 2 years and until maybe 6 months ago I was coasting through and missing out. Hopefully things keep moving forward.

Honestly from the pictures I’ve seen you have great shapes and the genetics are there... you already look good.. 8-10 months of full focus and you’re a complete different animal.... and the thread was about testosterone I think? Lol

You should see how bad my pictures were early last year lol

Man this is so true. I have been getting a lot of sessions in at the commercial gym right now while I am rehabbing my back and been avoiding barbell movements and loading my spine - it’s just insane the number of people spinning their wheels. Not just doing silly things that don’t matter as much or using poor technique with half reps etc, but just totally lolligagging about - “training” with so little effort they could carry on a conversation during their sets! I mean on any given day maybe one or two other people really training hard, but most are just barely able to summon the will to even break a sweat.

If you are not experiencing anything ever like seeing stars, nearly passing out, spittle flying from your mouth, occasional random cussing/outbursts/embarrassing grunts, gasping for breath, been nauseous, or needing to talk yourself into a lift you are about to attempt, you are lying to yourself about how hard you train - and missing out on your potential!

Just a rant, but I really wish someone had told me this sooner.
A-FUCKING-MEN

im probably just gonna wait and stay natty for a long time

That’s never a bad plan. If you don’t definitely want to take steroids now and all the health risks/costs/sides they can impart, just enjoy your training and health as they are! You aren’t missing anything that won’t be there if you decide later on it’s time.

Is there anything else i can take like sarms or turkesterone
Sarms are still going to mess with your hormones. I don't see a problem with taking turkesteron but have reasonable expectations. It's not the magic pill that YouTube wants you to believe it is.

SARMs=steroids, for purposes of deleterious health effects like bad cholesterol profiles and endogenous testosterone suppression. 25mg injected LGD per day is milder than 20mg Dbol orally by a good margin (speaking firsthand), but even 3mg of LGD orally will shut you down and mess up lipids generally. Do not waste your time & health.

I'm curious what your actual goals are, it seems like your really looking for something to take, and I get that. I know this isn't what you or anyone wants to hear, But if your limited to natural things and gear is out. The most anabolic thing your going to put in your body is food.

Eating a boatload of steak and potatoes is going to put on more muscle then a natty supplement, being in a caloric deficit with bodybuilding foods is going to assist fat loss more then a fat burner. If your already doing everything right then ya you can get a tiny performance boost from some of these natty supps but nothing natural is going to be a game changer
