ok man, well some people say mono is the only way to go but i personally like cee because i don't have bloating issues like i do with mono. supposedly if you put mono in warm water bloating and absorbency is not an issue, but i have not tried this so i cant say if it works. right now im taking ragnarok wich has 4.5g of 3 different creatines and i take cee before bed and im loving it so far.
