What form of Carnitine is best?

LCAR, ALCAR, PLCAR, LCTC?

Main concern is endurance and performance, not so much strength, pumps, or focus. Each form seems to have its own claims and feedback. Just want the form best suited for my goals.

Will be used with Creatine, Beta-Alanine, Taurine, and Citrulline Malate. I already have training and diet covered.

Endurance and performance, eh? Then LCLT for sure.

PLCAR is also nice for buffering fatigue, and GPLC has purported ergogenic benefits, though I don't buy them.

Carnitine tartrate.

In my experience, Arginocarn is the best version of Carnitine ive ever tried and the only one I have not tried is Plcar. Glycocarn is a close 2nd and 3rd is LCLT tied with ALCAR.

Ah, LCLT happens to be the cheapest. Nice it worked out that way, thanks guys. I still may try other forms if funds become available.

a carnitine blend would be best, which is surprising someone hasn't capitalized on this type of product.

they all can add benefit to your goals. LCLT would be my choice if I had to pick one.
GPLC is hit or miss for its' touted pumps, as I've tried several gplc products and had little if any response.
