What flavor should I get the hydrolyzed casein in

I see that its supposed to be very bitter. Which flavoring would cover that the best? I was thinking the premium citrus lime aide, but is that sweetened with sugar?
 
no flavor can cover taste of hydrolyzed casein , I would use one of premium orange flavors , hydrolyzed casein is very bitter , very

premium flavors have sweeteners in them , acesulfame K and splenda

hydrolyzed casein is fast protein , its not for pre bed shake , peptopro is also for post workout and peptpro is hydrolyzed caseinate

your option is micellar casein(0.8mg in scoop ) and calcium caseinate ( 0.42mg in scoop )
 
I don't know about soy and hemp , for gemma I know its moderate when we talk about absorption , something like egg protein

all 3 are vegetable proteins

what about egg protein , take that , or eat meat ?
 
yeah, I guess meat is my best option, or take one of the casiens 1-2 hours earlier and hope it doesn't interfere much with the zinc then. Egg is only around a 1-1.5 hour lifespan, and i'm trying to take something that will hold me through the early part of sleep.
 
I might try the hemp, i'm reading more about it now on other sites, has some beneficial qualities anyhow
 
can I ask you something about mega dosing fish oil , how many weeks to take 30g a day , and what after that , how much to take ?
 
it seems you need at least 3-4 weeks at 30g a day, and then after that its somewhere from 10-15g a day indefinitely. This really is just to reach a high DHA level, so its possible to do it with far less if its high DHA stuff. I was shooting for 2.5g of DHA a day. This is largely from charles poliquins information, but there are others as well who subscribe to it.
