hey guys i was given a sample bottle of this stuff from a friend.it is beef protien from what i have read which isnt much.i was just wondering if anybody has tried it.i think it is made by all amercian pharm.my question is what does it do and is it any good?
Not that specific product. Liquid beef aminos are pretty useful in general, but $$$ to use long term at the sort of dosages that really make a difference
