What effect does Milk Thistle have on Testosterone?!?

I've been reading a lot about milk thistle lately due to the fact that its in many Testosterone Boosters as a liver protectant. From what Ive read milk thistle has similar properties to estrogen and can block androgen receptors. Doesn't this cause a decrease in testosterone?
 
i dont know of any test booster that has milk thistle in it

and a decrease in androgenic recenter doesnt mean less test it means less activity from test

where did you find that info?

I have also heard milk thistle can be estrogenic.. Maybe it is a phyto estrogen? Not sure..
 
Milk thistle has some estrogen-like effects that may stimulate the flow of breast milk in women who are breast-feeding infants.

the bigger concern with silymarin or silybin is that they interfere with hormone uptake when taken orally.
 
so is it not recommended to take Cycle Support as daily support? :O cause thats what i've been doing to just stay healthy...

i wouldnt waste my money on cycle support UNLESS im on a cycle
