i am in this for the long run, will only increase by 2 per week. might expeirment a little bit and try what t-bone did-try 4 pre-workout.I am 43 and 5'11" and 200 lbs. I do ok with 2 am and 2 pm. I have seen guys run it as high as 5 am and 5 pm. This is a hard question to answer because a) there isn't much anacdotal evidence on running higher doses and b) everyone responds differently to the same compounds.
If it was me, I'd say as long as you don't feel any adverse effects go for it. Let us know your results ...
