I am pissed first off. After my first cycle of 1test/4ad/oht
I gained 7 pounds of lean mass. This put me at 209. I kept
5 pounds the weight for 4-5 months going in to this current cycle.
I did 1test/4ad/oht trans and m1,4add oral. I got all the way to
a very lean 213 until i cut the m1,4add and dropped to 210. Keep
in mind i was much leaner this time around.
Well i started PCT with 40mg nolva and trib, and creatine. 3 weeks
in and I've lost it all including previous gains. I'm down to 201
and my eating is way above matinence. I can't believe it! Did
I get some bunk nolva from power nutrition or what! Thats all
I can think of. I did nothing diffrent from my previous cycle. Please
help.
 
i 'm pretty sure. i switched bottles with my old custom
phoenix bottle because it had the top with the oral
syringe hole. It is cinnamon flavored and clumps like a
bitch.
 
Well Powernutrition was a board sponsor back in the day (showing how long I have been here in proud old man voice even though I am quite young) but for whatever reason they are no longer here....which makes me curious as to why....but if BOBO and Big Daddy Chemo don't want them around then that is good enough for me....plus PN.net has high prices and I didn't get my **** until 10 days later, after the owner said it would be 3 days max....shitty service......as far as Lion stuff I hear they are good!
 
Yes. I train less during pct. Had great success with this
last time around.
I swear that nolva was bunk. My sex drive is just now
starting to come back. PCT was like night and day
compared to last time. I am losing like a pound a day!
 
the lion nolva i had wasn't worth a ****. same flavor, cinammon clump. whether yours was bunk or not i can't say. did your strength and everything go down, or just mass?
 
Get on some Lean Xtreme and some Rebound quick......great PCT and can be found for great prices in my SIGNATURE....hint......Nutraplanet

i definately recommend this idea. that's my PCT currently and it's the greatest thing since sliced bread.

You say you are eating way above maintenance. You have lost 9 pounds so either it was water or you were not eating enough in my opinion. Doesn't matter if your Nolva was no good or not. By the definition of maintenence calorie intake it is impossible to be eating above maintenance and still lose weight.

i was eating more than my last PCT in which i lost nothing.
The only difference was nolva brand. I have lost strength
and endurance as welll.
 
Could the rebound XT put some weight back on?
Otherwise I'll pig out until I get it back and save that
for my next cycle PCT. SD/MDHT/4ad
 
Again if you are losing weight than you are not eating enough. You gained weight since your last PCT and yet you are eating the same amount of food.

Even if you did NOT gain any weight since your last PCT if you were losing weight you needed to eat more.

Persoanlly I wouldn't pig out til your next cycle just eat enough so you stop losing weight or gain a little.
 
thanks guys I am starting to recover. I stepped on the
scale and i gained back a pound. Next PCT i am definitely
going to add some rebound and use pheonix brand nolva.
 
Lion is a reputable brand, I really have to agree with Crowler here. Being your first couple of cycles gains are easier to keep, you learn as you go along that diet/training are the most important players in this game not hormones.
