what do you like to see from a none sponsored log?

Hmmm, I guess Im the oddball, cause I dont want to see what either of you want, I think theres too much fluff and horn blowing in many logs I read, both sponsored and unsponsored.

I like to see stuff about the effects whatever product is having on body weight, overall strength, changes in sleep, hunger, energy, aggression, mental focus, blood pressure, I dont care about things like each meal broken down, or how it tasted, or each workout broken down into sets/reps, I want facts and impressions and experiences that I can draw a useful conclusion from, to decide whether I want to take the same product.
