I posted a couple days ago about my cutting diet and got really good info from guys on this board, thank you!!!
Most of my life I just trained for basketball since I played in highschool and college, and I was pretty lean then at around 175lb and 6'3. after that I kept pretty lean then last year decided to bulk.
I pretty much ate anything under the sun bulking the last 6-8 months,alot of junk food. Which i learned later is not the proper way to bulk, and my training was way off!
But I did gain weght, from 170's to around 209 and now around 204-205
My question is what body fat am I, a trainer at my gym said probably around 18% what do you guys think?
