Actually I have no problem at all with Raw eggs, its boiled eggs i have a problem with. That stuff gets me all bloated and gassy. Ive read that most egg related allergies such as gas, bloating and diarrhea are a result of the egg being cooked. If you keep them raw they dont cause problems at all. Its too bad too. Loved that shake, so many nutrients, all from great sources. I felt great from it too.
