what do you guys do for stubborn fat?

Hey guys title pretty much explains it. I've been cutting for 6 weeks or so. 180 down from 192 so 1.5-2 lbs per week. Hitting weights hard 6 days a week, 10 min tabata hiit and 15 min or so moderate steady cardio 5 days a week. Cutting up nicely everywhere, but the love handles and lower back. I can never seem to get those to fully go away. What do you guys do for those stubborn areas?.

It will just take time. Keep being consistent with your training and diet most importantly and they will come off. Everyone has the fat spot that is stubborn and it will be the last place to go.

Patience.

Thanks for the replies guys. It seems those are the last spots to go away and the first to come back. Diet is on point and progress has been pretty good so far so I guess it's just a matter of time now.

Keep it consistent! The tabata will definitely help if you keep it included. And as others have said, adding in yohimbine will help a lot. I always introduce y-hcl toward the end of my cut to help with stubborn areas. Be patient and stay consistent and you'll continue to see results!

Yohimbine / alpha-y /rauw always seems to help me push through the rut when combined with ec. Based on your previous post I am going to assume you have yohimbine / norcodrene on hand or are using it currently?

Speaking of Rauwoscline, Performax Labs has TA2-Max which is 3mg. :D

was going to say this, but if OP already has yohimbine then it'd be redundant. If not the TA2-Max is one of the best priced options around for sure!

I think it was someone else that mentioned yohimbine, not the OP. Unless he mentioned it in another thread, or I'm blind lol.

I personally lose more weight to shed fat.

Often times people are fatter than they think. If you're near 10 to 8% bodyfat for a male, you shouldn't have backfat and anything higher, you should probably still cut.

(Depending on the person)

Any anti-cortisol fat burner such as lean xtreme. When cortisol is elevated your body hangs onto lower back fat and lower belly fat/love handles.

I think a solid cortisol modulator would be extremely beneficial.

Iron Legion just released Invictus, I think this would be a great option. There are a few logs going right now :)

But, b-AET (active in Invictus) has a great track record
